This Bloggy Thing

There is this part of me that is envious of this blogging world. I know it would be a great creative outlet and a chance for me to keep my writing skills sharp. It seems like it builds a great sense of community, too. However, I seem to find excuses everywhere. Too busy with work. Nothing is interesting enough to write. No one will be reading it anyways.

I think back to a year and a half ago when I was ambitiously selecting wallpaper colour and editing my first post a million times. Now I look back and realize how silly it all was. I still only have one doe-eyed in love post to my name. Now it's time for me to get real. I am going to commit with one post a week from this point forward. Even though I am the only one reading this blog at this time, I think it would be a great venture to be a part of the blogging community, even if it is a small part, and chronicle the exciting things going on. I am getting married in a little over four months, moving into my first home, and embarking on a marriage, after all. 

I'm going to try my best to do it this time. Week/ post one. Completed.
